Central American Literature and Culture

Catalog description

Addresses the issues of Central American literature and culture as a way of encompassing the entire Central American region consisting of 7 countries (Guatemala, Belize, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and Panama). Part of the emphasis is to examine the larger area but also specific points of the respective countries. Concentration will be on the cultural productions of such countries (specifically literature) but will include history, geopolitics, geography, folklore, and others.
