Catalog description

As technology increasingly drives strategy and innovation, technical professionals must nurture leadership skills to effectively guide teams, influence organizational decisions, and translate complex technical concepts into value. This graduate-level course introduces essential skills in self-awareness, team management, strategic communication, effective mentorship, negotiation, feedback delivery, and budget management. Each week combines theoretical foundations with hands-on practice through role-playing case studies and conversations with technical leaders. By course completion, students will have exposure to a comprehensive toolkit for charting their leadership journey and driving organizational success.
