Seminar for UCSB graduate students. Emphasis on developing a learning community that fosters individual goal setting, academic motivation, and professional development of participating students. Students will build mentoring relationships with their peers that enable them to reflect on various experiences, participate in panel discussions, and explore new personal interests that collectively reinforce individual growth and future career success.
