Generative artificial intelligence (GAI) burst onto the world stage with OpenAI's announcement of GPT 4 back in late 2022. Since then various players (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Meta, Microsoft, etc.) and systems (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Stable diffusion, Sora, etc.) have joined the fray pushing to realize the goal of AGI (Artificial general intelligence) with GAI gathering the most attention. This seminar will introduce participants to who(s) and what(s) out there in GAI.
