Critical engagement with food system reform is essential as the environment becomes more precarious and the harmful social impacts of an unsustainable and unjust food system more widespread. In this course, students learn to contextualize the global food system, engage critically with interconnected social and environmental food systems issues, and explore social enterprise case studies.
