Catalog description

Directed group study will provide an understanding of and appreciation for the chaparral ecosystem, become familiar with the species that inhabit the chaparral plant ecosystem, and learn the tools necessary to initiate a lifelong process that allows for compassionate self-awareness and a permanent connection with Nature. Also focuses on helping Environmental Studies students create a framework to become environmental leaders no matter where they may work.
