Catalog description

This praxis-based course invites student artists to explore what activism means to them through embodiment tools and movement practices. Emphasizing physicality as a central method of inquiry, students critically examine how activism can be integrated into their creative processes, professional paths, and spheres of influence. By the end of the course, students will have developed a personal, evolving definition of “embodying activism” and identified strategies for practicing activism in their daily lives.
