Focuses on Latinx immigrant youth and the children of Latinx immigrants’ experiences with identity formation, assimilation, race and ethnicity, and media representation. Delves into how racial ideologies inform the U.S. immigration system, as well as how racial ideologies from Latin America and the United States converge to inform the lives of people of Latin American descent.
