Catalog description

Provides students with opportunities to work with professionals in a chosen field where they apply academic concepts and principles to real-world problems, to showcase their talents and capabilities to a prospective employer, to gain resume-building experiences, and to make valuable professional contacts that can be essential to landing a job in their chosen career. May be repeated for a combined total of 6 (six) units. Grading Basis: Graded Credit/No Credit. Enrollment Restrictions: Enrollment restricted to students who are unable to enroll in a departmental internship course and have obtained consent of instructor.
