Catalog description

Intensive practice of oral communication skills at the advanced level. Through group discussions, oral presentations, skits, role-playing, and other communicative activities, students will develop skills and strategies for effective oral communication in Spanish. Course includes introduction to cultural factors affecting verbal and non-verbal communication in Spanish. Intended for non-native speakers of Spanish. Conducted in Spanish. May be repeated for credit for a total of six 6 units, but only three (3) units may be applied toward the Spanish major. Enrollment Requirement(s): SPAN 202 .
