Catalog description
Exploration of the nature of autism spectrum disorders across the lifespan. Current trends in assessment and diagnostic criteria for the disorder will be discussed in addition to specific diagnostic tools. Treatment, data collection, and ongoing assessment techniques will be applied based on evidence-based practice. May not be taken for credit by students who received credit for: EDUC 696 -1 and EDSL 693. Prerequisite(s): SLP 671 and SLP 672 .
