Catalog description
Examines how the legal system embodies its own perspective about human nature, and the ways in which that perspective does and does not reflect what the field of psychology reveals about human nature. Explores what the legal system gets right, and where it goes wrong. Does not assume any prior knowledge about law. May not be taken for credit by students who received credit for: PSYC 440-2. Service Learning course. Prerequisite(s): PSYC 100 and PSYC 220 , each with a minimum grade of C (2.0).
