Catalog description
Examines psychological theory and research on prejudice, discrimination, and stereotyping from the perspectives of both the holders and targets of prejudice. Emphasizes the cognitive, motivational, and social bases of prejudice, racism, sexism, as well as prejudice reduction. Enrollment Requirement(s): Completion of the Lower-Division General Education requirement in Discipline-specific or Interdisciplinary Social Sciences (UD4). Prerequisite(s): PSYC 100 .
