Catalog description

Experimental work, including an introduction to the equipment and techniques used in mechanics, electromagnetism, optics, electronics, quantum physics, nuclear physics, biophysics, medical physics, and/or geophysics. An emphasis will be placed on experimental design and data analysis. Six hours of laboratory. Prerequisite(s): PHYS 203 .
