Introduction to Physics Education Research

Catalog description

An introduction to research in physics education and research-based physics teaching. Subjects include how people learn and understand physics concepts and the nature of science. Additional subjects will include research-based curricula, pedagogical approaches, and challenges associated with implementing novel teaching methods. Useful for students interested in teaching and learning physical sciences. Prerequisite(s): PHYS 203 .
