Emphasizes the manager’s social and environmental responsibilities to a wide variety of stakeholders, including employees, customers and the public. Explores ethical dilemmas and decision-making frameworks and approaches. Examines personal, organizational and societal impact of business practices. Engages real-world issues and applies ethical theories, concepts, and principles to concrete problems in business and organizational ethics.
