Catalog description

Provides a comprehensive understanding of the principles, technologies, and strategies for managing large-scale business data using virtual platforms. Covers data processing frameworks such as Hadoop, key programming techniques for big data, and the integration of virtual platforms for scalable business analytics. Includes practical experience in real-world data analytics applications through hands-on exercises, equipping students with tools to address the challenges of big data in today’s data-driven business environments. Enrollment Restrictions: Enrollment is restricted to students in the Master of Science in Business Analytics program. Prerequisite(s): OM 620 .
