Catalog description

Focuses on the tools, techniques, strategies and processes used by world-class global procurement organizations. Role-playing simulations and case studies will be used. Covers make vs. buy analysis, strategic sourcing process, negotiation of supplier pricing and terms, contract management of commercial and government contracts, supplier management, risk management, and the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Process. Prerequisite(s): MGMT 602 .
