Explores the contemporary role of the Advanced Practice Nurse as educator. Examines the use of learning theory, evidence-based strategies, evaluation methods, and technology to apply the principles of teaching and learning to diverse patients, staff, and student populations. Prepares the Doctor of Nursing Practice graduate to apply advanced educational concepts based on ethical and legal foundations. Enrollment Restrictions: Enrollment restricted to students in the Doctor of Nursing Practice program.
