Catalog description

Focuses on the identification and examination of current and emerging bereavement theories, emphasizing transdisciplinary clinical application with grieving individuals and families. The grieving process as a progression of coping, management and growth through significant losses and life transitions. Skill development in designing effective coping strategies that facilitate healing in families and communities. Enrollment Restrictions: Enrollment is restricted to students who have obtained consent from the department. Enrollment restricted to students enrolled in the Master of Science in Nursing Program.
