Focuses on duties and responsibilities cadets need to become Army staff officers. Includes applying the Military Decision Making Process, Army writing style, and the Army’s Training Management and METL Development processes during weekly Training Meetings that plan, execute, and assess battalion training events. Enrollment Requirement(s): MILS 301 and MILS 302 , prior military service or successful completion of Cadet Initial Entry Training (CIET) would waive the following lower-division requirements: MILS 101 , MILS 102 , MILS 201 , MILS 202 .
