Catalog description

Explores many challenges of Human Resources Management (HRM) in the context of global business, including culture, diversity, equity and inclusion, organizational context, performance management and talent development. Examines challenges of managing HRM internationally and develops a global mindset necessary in today’s workplace. Develops the skills and tools needed to be an effective HR manager with international responsibilities through lectures, self-study, discussions, projects, and self-assessments. May not be taken for credit by students who received credit for: MGMT 484-6. Prerequisite(s): MGMT 302 or MGMT 305 . Prerequisite(s)/Corequisite(s): MGMT 315 .
