Renaissance to Romanticism

Catalog description

Advanced, historically oriented study of the period between 1600 and 1860 - which comprises in literary history the Renaissance, the Enlightenment, as well as Romanticism. May be repeated up to three (3) times. Nine (9) units may be applied to graduation requirements, but only six (6) may be applied toward major requirements or the Master’s degree in Literature and Writing Studies. Enrollment Restrictions: Enrollment restricted to students who have obtained consent of instructor.
