Catalog description

Studies methods and tools used in screening and assessment of nutritional status of individuals and population groups. Assessment methodology includes dietary surveys, computerized dietary intake analysis, anthropometric measures, biochemical measures, and clinical evaluations. Provides students practice time for learning and applying assessment techniques through laboratory experiences. Prerequisite(s)/Corequisite(s): KINE 203 .
