Catalog description

Introduces the historical origins of mindfulness, the philosophical dispositions, key principles and practices associated with this academic area of study. Explores the scientific dimensions of present-focused awareness and its impact on intrapersonal and interpersonal wellbeing. This course is open to all CSUSM students. Grading Basis: Graded Credit / No Credit.
