Catalog description

Reviews the importance of theory, research objectives and various quantitative and qualitative methods. Students will be expected to participate in the development and implementation of an applied research study that they either initiate or is part of an ongoing research study. Students will be involved in data collection, data coding, data analysis and manuscript preparation. Three hours of lecture. Three hours of laboratory. Enrollment Restrictions: Enrollment restricted to Human Development majors with Senior standing. Prerequisite(s): HD 230 or HD 231 .
