Catalog description

Examines theories and research in the effective management and administration of human service organizations. Includes ethics, confidentiality, funding and grant-writing, licensure, decision-making and leadership, personnel management, public relations, and program evaluation. Recommended Preparation: HD 230 and HD 231 . May not be taken for credit by students who received credit for: HD 300. Enrollment Restrictions: Enrollment restricted to Junior or Senior standing. Prerequisite(s): HD 101 . For Kinesiology or Public Health majors: No Prerequisite.
