Presents essential programming languages that are used in Geographic Information Systems and Spatial Data Analysis and develops skills through a series of lab exercises. Covers the multipurpose coding language, Python, and the open source statistical language R. Prerequisite(s): GEOG 335 with a grade of C (2.0) or better.
