Catalog description

Concentrates on advanced topics in corporate finance. Provides a rigorous examination of risk and return, capital budgeting, capital structure, and a dividend policy. Other subjects discussed include financial forecasting, value-based financial management, divisional cost of capital, mergers and acquisitions, leasing, working capital management and financial distress. Prerequisite(s): FIN 302 or FIN 304 with a grade of C (2.0) or better.
