Prepares students to manage their finances effectively by building the skills necessary to make informed and responsible financial choices. Focuses on four key areas: money management, financing major purchases using savings and credit, investing through financial markets, and mitigating risk with insurance. Covers time value of money, investment options including stocks, ETFs/mutual funds, and bonds, financing options including personal loans and credit cards, cash management, taxes, and life and health insurance.
