Capstone course in the EngiBeering™ program. Introduces students to the latest challenges at the small, medium, and large sizes of brewery operations and requires students to work in a brewery or brewing business. Prerequisite(s): ENTR 400 and ENGB 401 , both with a grade of B (3.0) or better.
