Catalog description

Fundamentals of electromagnetic wave propagation and transmission in various media including transmission lines, waveguides, and resonant cavities. Introduction to electromagnetic radiation, antennas, and wireless communication. Cross-listed: EE 421 and PHYS 421 are cross-listed. Students may not receive credit for both. Prerequisite(s): EE 321 or PHYS 321 , and MATH 346 .
