Catalog description

Focuses on developing knowledge and skill for effectively educating students identified with extensive support needs who exhibit cognitive, communication, social/emotional, and physical/health challenges. Emphasis is on interdisciplinary teaming in Individualized Education Program development and delivery and methods for procuring and managing resources to enable students with specialized health care, mobility, sensory, behavioral and communication needs to participate in school and community experiences. May not be taken for credit by students who received credit for: EDMX 634.
