Catalog description

Focuses on the characteristics, needs, and complexities of diverse learners with disabilities and their families. Emphasizes understanding differences in culture, ethnicity, language and abilities and disabilities. Applies knowledge and practices for building collaborative relationships with families, and appropriate related service personnel, to support access to and optimal learning experiences for students with a variety of support needs within inclusive, general and specialized settings. May not be taken for credit by students who received credit for: EDUC 694-12.
