Catalog description

Presents the insights that economists have brought to the study of the law since 1960, particularly as they relate to the property rights-Coasian approach to the law. This approach is then consistently applied to legal issues found in the areas of contract law, torts law, family law, criminal law, and more. May not be taken for credit by students who received credit for: ECON 415. Prerequisite(s): ECON 201 and ECON 202 .
