Catalog description

Explores the most numerous and most successful clade of invertebrates, with emphasis on research using insects as model organisms. Covers relationship with humans, development, respiration, osmoregulation, nervous and endocrine systems, locomotion, and thermal tolerance. Recommended Preparation: BIOL 375 . May not be taken for credit by students who received credit for: BIOL 596-13. Prerequisite(s): BIOL 353 .
