Catalog description

An examination of the physiological processes that contribute to plant growth and development, including the underlying molecular and genetic mechanisms. Areas covered include primary metabolism, water and nutrient relations, plant hormones, and plant biotechnology applications. Recommended Preparation: BIOL 351 . May not be taken for credit by students who received credit for: BIOL 370. Prerequisite(s): BIOL 210 and BIOL 211 .
