Catalog description

Provides the technological and creative tools for telling the story of information linked to the environment, using techniques and principles from art and design. Examines the linked environmental, social, cultural, and political contexts of data. Examines how diverse media and strategies, such as idea maps, graphics, animations, movies, and performances can convey research. Emphasizes translating data into multiple media to stretch the storytelling potential of information. May be repeated once for credit.
