Introduction to the philosophical underpinnings and the basic concepts and principles underlying the science of Behavior Analysis as a discipline with three primary branches: (1) Behaviorism, (2) the experimental analysis of behavior and (3) Applied Behavior Analysis. Focuses on basic concepts to distinguish between reflexive (respondent) and learned (operant) behavior and how basic environmental conditioning processes affect these two main categories of behavior. Enrollment Restrictions: Enrollment restricted to students in the Applied Behavior Analysis Certificate of Advanced Study: BCBA Track or BCaBA Track.
