Local Anesthesia

Catalog description

Students will integrate and apply knowledge from BMS, clinical anatomy, pharmacology and neuroanatomy. Students will evaluate patients for local anesthesia, including informed consent. Local anesthesia techniques are practiced in a simulation laboratory. Students will provide local anesthesia to their peers in a clinical setting.
