Catalog description

ENGL120 guides students through the research process from information literacy to literature reviews. This course provides the foundation for writing research essays for multiple audiences and purposes. Students will build upon knowledge gained in ENGL110 or ENGL115 to effectively use process—drafting peer review, revision strategies—to construct their essays and writing projects. Writing for multiple audiences will be emphasized.Prerequisite: ENGL 110 or ENGL 115 Curriculum map: ENGL 120 is a course for the Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences that contributes toward GE requirements for the rwitten ocmmunication, niformation literacy, and critical thinking areas.
