Catalog description

This foundational writing course aims to ensure that all students develop the ability to write lucid and logically structured prose. Diagnostic writing will be used to assess students’ basic skills of English grammar and vocabulary in order to customize instruction to level of skill. Increasingly complex assignments will be used to establish and refine writing competency to align with the expectations of college writing.Prerequisites: None
