Catalog description

This course is designed to prepare student pharmacists to identify, evaluate, and resolve the legal and ethical issues arising within the context of pharmacy practice. Upon completion, a student will understand the current regulatory environment duties and responsibilities of t he Pharmacists in Charge and the standards of care to which pharmacists must adhere. Students will be able to identify, interpret and apply relevant laws and regulations within the context of pharmacy practice. (Prerequisites: IPP 607) Formerly PHAR 813
