Catalog description
This course focuses on the development of highly skilled clinical pharmacists. Students are taught to integrate knowledge of therapeutic interventions with the pathophysiological and pharmacological mechanisms and patient specific data to optimally management cardiovascular, , renal, autoimmune and anemia disorders. Students will gain understanding of disease state management through the interpretation of case reports, laboratory findings, application of pharmacologic principles and evidence -based guidelines. (Prerequisites: PBS 701 & CAS 703 –
