Catalog description

Focuses on the relationships between people, the messages exchanged, and how they impact and influence thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Explores characteristics of interpersonal communication including perception, speech and language, nonverbal behaviors, listening, conflict and conflict resolution, and the ethics of interpersonal communication development and maintenance. The ability to recognize and evaluate one’s own communicative biases and behaviors will be emphasized.
