Investigates factors that influence transfer student success. Class discussions and activities focus on fostering inclusive, creative, growth mindsets, with a goal of creating research-led programming and/or activities to guide future scholars. Explore reading primary literature that reports key factors for achievement in college, meet with relevant university departments and programs to learn about high impact practices, and create a community of support amongst fellow transfer students to enhance their undergraduate experience.
