Explores the experiences of Latinx students in U.S. higher education, focusing on issues of transitions, belonging, identity, engagement (social, cultural, political) and after college trajectories. Through sociological readings, discussions, and student-centered research, examines how race, class, immigration status, and campus policies and cultures shape experiences. Highlights both challenges and strategies Latinx students use to navigate college, fostering a deeper understanding of equity, institutional dynamics, and student agency within contemporary educational contexts.
