Advanced Topics in Applied Psychology

Catalog description

Introduces and studies a special topic or problem of psychological interest in the domain of applied psychology treated at an advanced level for students with statistical and methodological training. Each class will have a specific focus which will be defined by the instructor of the course on a semester-by-semester basis. Include human factors, human-computer interaction, organizational behavior, and educational placement. Enhances understanding and skills developed in psychological statistics and research methods to evaluate theory and empirical findings related to the topic of interest.
