Introduces careers in teaching Science and Mathematics at the K-12 middle school level and enhances skills to better understand and communicate concepts to students. Effective teaching methods and learning strategies will be explored. An inquiry-based approach to teaching Science and Mathematics at the middle school level will be discussed, and there will be opportunities to plan and implement effective lessons. This is offered as part of the California Teach (CalTeach) Program.
