Analyze and visualize data and model relationships using graphing techniques, correlation and regression analysis, scenario development and analysis, sensitivity analysis, simulations, and optimization. Emphasizes applied work using real data from resource management and service management examples to support decision making. Case driven and team-focused, emphasizes best practices and professional ethics for analyzing, modeling and communicating empirical data and model results.
